I understand emergencies arise and I try to be as flexible as possible however I do require 24 hour notice of any cancellation or rescheduling request. If done in less than 24 hours a 50% fee of original appointment value will be charged. All no shows are charged 100% fee as well as a deposit required on any future bookings. Thanks for understanding
